At Kingswinford Academy, we use Arbor to manage our data and other school functions. Arbor is a comprehensive and user-friendly platform designed to consolidate various systems used throughout the school.
We manage payments, communications, reports and school data through Arbor. Parents are also able to access the system to view their child's profile, add money to their account and receive information.
Parents and carers can access their child's Arbor account through a web browser or via the Arbor app. This allows parents to see their child's timetable, book parents' evening appointments and manage funds on their account. Below are links to guides produced by Arbor, to help parents get logged in:

Paying for items in school is done through the Arbor parent portal or app. This includes topping up your child’s food account, trips and other items.
