Strong results do not arrive by accident. They grow from clear teaching, purposeful practice, timely support and students who understand that every lesson counts.
Kingswinford Academy's 2026 results show particularly strong outcomes at grade 5 and above. The proportion of students achieving grade 5+ in both English and maths rose from 41% in 2025 to 58.4% in 2026.
In English, grade 5+ outcomes increased from 65% to 76%. In maths, they rose from 44% to 62%. These figures mean more students leaving school with the strong foundation they need for sixth form, college, apprenticeships and future employment.
The results reflect the daily work that is less visible than results day: careful explanation in lessons, purposeful homework, revision, feedback, extra help and conversations that rebuild confidence when learning feels difficult.
Our approach begins with high expectations. Teachers use assessment to identify gaps, help students practise the knowledge and skills that matter most, and make sure additional support reaches the right students at the right time.
The result is more than a set of improved percentages; it is a stronger platform from which students can choose their next step with confidence.
We are proud of the achievement and progress made in 2026, grateful to our students and staff, and determined to build on it.
